About Erica
As a teen when I was on my summer break I helped my sister in her daycare and would go back every break. I have younger siblings so helping with little ones was just something I knew. I went back to help every summer until I because a substitute teacher. Eventually I ended up having my own children and went back to work in the daycare full time while having my children with me. I can say I have been working with children for about 10 years between the childcare and schools. I now have 3 children of my own and feel that helping someone else with their children is what I can do best.
