Erika was the nanny for our daughter from ages 6 months to 2.5 years old. She was always on time and extremely responsible at all times. She really prioritized daily outdoor time – taking her for long walks in the stroller around the neighborhood, or to the nearby park when she was older to spend time running or playing with a ball. Erika was also a very safe driver, and we trusted her to take our daughter for classes. She also connected us to other parents from classes. She also always ensured that we had enough supplies for our child, and was diligent with any exercises or activities we had planned for our daughter – she would read the child development books we left out, and go through the activity books with our child. She instilled in our daughter a strong sense of independence. She taught her early to dress herself, help clear up after play and help with laundry folding. Erika is a really hard and dedicated worker. She was very pitch-in and hardly sat down, always helping around the house when there was time. She was also not on her phone and didn't use any screen time. She is also an excellent cook! She was happy to share her culture with us, especially through cooking and baking. It was always a treat to receive her homemade desserts. We wholeheartedly recommend Erika as a nanny, especially for really young ones.
