Erika is great! Communicative, punctual, AND she was able to help us out in a pinch on short notice. She is clearly very comfortable with kids and put me at ease immediately. With my kid, she jumped right in and needed no direction from me. She was fine with potty training and food prep and even helped me with some light housekeeping. I will definitely hire Erika again.
