Erika has been our first and only nanny. We cannot believe how lucky we have been to find her. She is everything you would want in a nanny - patient, calm, peaceful, reliable, joyful and uses sound judgment. She engages, reads, sings and does so many fun activities with our little one. Our son loves her dearly - his face lights up when he sees her. She is truly a GEM.
