About Erin

I am a trained Montessori teacher who recently has relocated to Alaska. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which motivated me to become a caregiver. With over six years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages. My patience and creativity allow me to engage children in both educational and physical activities. I communicate openly and consistently with parents about their child's day, using their preferred methods. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I hold a college degree, am a certified teacher, and have certifications in First Aid and CPR training. I have worked as a Montessori teacher for four years and have instructed at a variety of outdoor programs. In addition to childcare, I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
