About Escarlen

I'm a friendly and creative caregiver with two years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for fostering children's growth and development inspired me to become a childcare provider, and I love making a positive impact on their lives. My strengths lie in my ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents, as well as my willingness to follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. I believe in open communication and regular updates to keep parents informed about their child's day. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and have experience playing a variety of games with them, both educational and technology-based. I'm also willing to help with carpooling. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, and I have completed coursework in early child development. I'm a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
