We cannot recommend Esmat more highly. She has been a wonderful, loving and kind member of our family for the past 2.5 years. She started working full time with our family when our oldest daughter (now almost 3) was 3 months old and our 2nd daughter is now 1 year. She has helped us to raise them into independent, curious, courageous and strong girls. She is punctual, kind, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and proactive - anticipating what we need before we know we need it and always willing to help. Most importantly, our daughters just LOVE her. And her love does stop with our daughters - she is kind and caring of our senior dog and cat as well. She is a cautious driver and just a lovely human being. She is the best. We highly recommend her and will miss her.
