About Esmé

Hi! I'm Esmé. I'm a student at Vassar College and am home for the summer. I have a huge family with over 40 cousins, so I've basically been raised with a baby in my arms or toddlers in my care. I began babysitting outside my family 7 years ago, and from these years and countless families, I've learned lots of tips and tricks. I'm currently employed at Vassar's infant and toddler center, focusing in the infant room. Because of this opportunity, I've been able to undergo additional professional training on safety, sleep, calming a child, feeding and more. As I am constantly surrounded by parents and children, I understand the importance of a community in raising a child. I would love to become part of your support group and help you and your kids through every step of the way. I can help with travel, daytime care, and night shifts, including sleep training. My rates are also negotiable depending on your financial means. Best wishes!
