About Esther

Working with kids brings me so much joy. I love teaching them new concepts and witnessing the excitement on their faces when they achieve something they've been working on. I'm looking for an opportunity to utilize my skills in child development. Creating a safe, loving, and engaging space for children to learn and explore is something I deeply value. I believe in building trust and strong relationships with children and their families, as open communication and collaboration are key to providing the best care possible. I started working with kids as a Red Cross-certified babysitter when I was 12. I worked as a special education para for 5 years and currently work as a teacher at a daycare. I was a full-time nanny for a 2-year-old and a newborn in 2020 during Covid. I am attending Rockhurst University to earn my bachelor's in communication sciences and disorders. I want to be a Speech Language Pathologist when I grow up.
