About Esther

I have had about a year of tutoring fellow students when I was in college. I tutored Organic chemistry, one of the hardest courses offered at my school. I was able to work with students of different abilities and adapt my tutoring approaches based on each student! Typical lessons included working through worksheets/homework, going over missed questions on tests, and working out study strategies and habits. In addition, I have experience as a volunteer tutor at a local school (Schools of Hope). In this after school program, I tutored Hispanic students of various ages, working through reading and writing activities. I also studied abroad in Spain for 3 months, and during that time I tutored about 8 different students in English.
