About Felicia

I'd describe my personality as dependable, proactive, and organized. I grew up being the oldest with multiple younger cousins. I have 5 wonderful nephews that I care for regularly. It is an amazing feeling to watch them learn and grow, so I wanted to pursue a career where I could do the same thing. I'm looking for a job that allows me to get outside and be active and create a nurturing environment for the children I'm caring for. I started babysitting at 14 years old. I currently take care of my nephews on my days off and after work and have found it to be much more fulfilling than my current, full-time career. In my spare time, I like to hike with my dog, read, hang out with my family, and mountain bike. One thing you should know about me is I take child care very seriously. I am motivated and enjoy organizing, creating systems in a home to help in function more efficiently. I am very skilled with planning and instruction as well as communication and creative thinking.
