Flor is the one you want and need! She is a jewel that has been with us for over 2 years helping my 80 year old, non ambulatory mom, who has dementia. Flor is amazing and has a big sweet heart! Always dependable, always on time, she's very sweet, polite, nurturing, dedicated, trustworthy, respectful, thoughtful and takes great care of my mother and does it safely too with complete tenderness. The days that I leave the house to go to work, I never have to worry because I know my mom is in great competent hands. She has even come to work earlier, and has stayed later when asked to. Flor prepares my mom's meals, will dress her, transfer her from the bed to her chair, sit beside her and hold her hand providing companionship. She also patiently feeds her, and brings the bottle or straw to her lips helping her to drink and encouraging her to chew and swallow. Flor changes my mom's bandages, helps her with toileting, checks and changes her diapers regularly, she bathes my mom in the shower and other times will give spongebaths in my mom's bed if my mom is too tired to stand or has made a poop in bed during the night. She dresses her appropriately for the weather always making sure she's warm and comfortable. She will accompany us on Dr. appointments and grocery shopping when asked. She's great with pets and an animal lover too. I have 2 cats and a dog and she makes sure they have fresh water and will feed my dog when I[m not home. She does mom's laundry, cut's and files her nails and toes too, brushes and flosses my mom's teeth and stays on top of her personal hygene. She has been a God send and is like family to us now. She is one of the greatest people to have ever entered our lives. I'm forever grateful for the love and care she's given my mother, and if I had to do it all over, I would pick her again in a heartbeat and no one else if given the choice. She's wonderful! I give her my highest personal recommendation. You will be very fortunate to have her take care of your family the way she has taken care of ours. We absolutely love her and hope you will too.
