If I could give Francis less than one star I would. Do not hire this woman! She came for a paid working interview she did great and I hired her. She was supposed to start today at 8:00 am, she texts me at 7:00 to tell me she can't take the job. I'm from NY and now I'm stuck leaving mom without an aide. Again if you need someone reliable DO NOT hire this woman.
