About Gabriella

I have worked with children of all ages, from infants to middle school students. My roles have included being an Aftercare Counselor at The Sagemont Preparatory School and an ESE Paraprofessional at Falcon Cove Middle School. In these roles, I have used personalized methods and behavior techniques to support individual needs. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with children and tailor my approach to their unique personalities. My background in psychology from Florida International University has given me a deep understanding of behavior and effective communication. I also have experience with the Reggio Emilia approach, which encourages creativity and self-expression. I am passionate about helping children grow and develop. Seeing them reach new milestones and overcome challenges brings me immense joy. I am committed to being a positive role model and mentor, ensuring children feel safe, valued, and inspired.
