I find working with kids incredibly rewarding because their curiosity, enthusiasm, and genuine joy bring a positive energy to the environment. It's fulfilling to contribute to their growth and development, fostering a sense of wonder and learning. I value open communication with parents, adaptability to various situations, and a chance to contribute positively to a child's development. I have been working as a paraprofessional in the DOE for two years now. I work under the supervision of certified teachers. They provide instructional and support services to students, often assisting with classroom activities, reinforcing lessons, and offering additional help to students with diverse learning needs.
