About Gladys

I've wanted to be a caregiver ever since I had positive experiences in my previous babysitting roles. I find it incredibly rewarding to make a positive impact on children's lives and to support families by providing reliable childcare. As a caregiver, I consider myself to be a patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable person. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and I always follow the parents' preferred communication method. I like to keep parents informed about their child's day and address any issues that may arise through regular updates via text or phone call, and verbal communication at pickup. When it comes to playing with children, I enjoy a wide range of activities, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm very comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I hope to hear from you soon!
