About Grace

Hey Everyone! My Name is Grace D. and I am a freshman majoring in Special Education at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. I have a passion for connecting with others and have had lots of experience working with children! I have over 5 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities as well as typical children. I would describe myself as patient, empathetic, and extremely enthusiastic and outgoing. I work well under pressure and can adapt and overcome obstacles with ease. I have my own car and feel comfortable driving your children to events or after school activities. I am CPR and Basic First Aid Certified and have basic knowledge about many conditions and diagnoses. I am a student, so it is important to note that I am mostly available during after-school hours and weekends. I am up for any challenge and am always willing to learn new things!
