We interviewed Griss for a nanny position. She was early, prepared, and professional. She was also warm and energetic. We instantly liked her and felt good about her as someone in our home who could be a positive influence on our daughter. After her interview with us, she was our first choice to hire. We only hired someone else because they had more of the educational background and teacher certifications we were looking for. Griss seems like a warm and loving mother who would be generous to and protective of any child in her care.
