About Gwendolyn

Hi! My name is Gwen! I am a junior at bowling green and I am in the early childhood program! I have lots of experience working at my church and swimming lessons. I also have babysat for many families and have nannied a family with three kiddos for the past four years! Working and tutoring kids is my passion and as I continue in the education program I would love to have more of an opportunity to work with kids! Because of my continuous experience over the years I have learned what works and what is most beneficial! Learning to work with different families and finding what most benefits there children! I have implemented discipline sticker charts to help the kids work on being kind, sharing, communicating when they are upset, and using words instead of actions. I have helped families with picking up from school, making meals, and just being there as much as I can to support the parents but especially their kiddos!
