About Hailey

I've spent the past 3 years as a nanny, a job I fell into easily after years of babysitting. My passion for child care comes from my desire to help children learn, grow, and thrive. I've always loved being able to make a positive impact on their lives. I'm known for being patient, calm, and creative. I'm also friendly and approachable, which helps me build strong relationships with the children I care for and their families. I believe in open communication with parents and I always follow their preferred method of communication. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead and enforce them consistently. I enjoy playing all sorts of games with children, from outdoor sports, to board games and puzzles. I also love educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for one child within the age groups of 0-11 months, with the most experience in the 1-3 and 4-5 age groups. I'm willing to watch multiple kids over the age of 18 months and older.
