About Hailey

I'm Hailey! I'm non-binary and use they/them pronouns, and my friends all call me Luca. Either one is fine! I'm 28 years old, with 8 years' experience in child care, and over year of experience as an elementary school teacher. I'd describe my personality as patient, open-minded, and flexible. I like working with kids because I enjoy fostering exploration and learning that can serve as a healthy foundation for emotional, mental, and physical growth. I'm looking for a job that is fun, flexible, and and supportive of my growth as well. I started working with kids when I was 20 years old, back in 2015. I've had 6 years nannying professionally, and 2 years teaching elementary school. I have experience with multiples and teaching. In my spare time, I like to read, write, and spend time in the park. I lead with my values. I am open, honest, and responsive, and am big on communication. My skills include organization, teaching, child care, making schedules, and household chores.
