Hairon was one of my Dad's caretakers during the last two years of his life. He suffered from late stage dementia and had mobility issues. In short, he was a challenge. Besides being very proficient in dementia-related care, Hairon treated my dad with the utmost in respect throughout. I am very grateful for the care she provided.
