I hired Hanan as a nanny to my one year old son. Hanan is highly educated, proficient, and experienced with children and it shows clearly in her work. She is Montessori trained and applies her skills as an educator. She not only took care of his routines, but interacted with my son in a way that encouraged his curiosity and development. She had many ideas of her own regarding food, sleep, and play and shared suggestions with me which I highly appreciated. I was able to hand off my baby and be not have to worry at all the whole day knowing he is in good hands and that Hanan would take charge and find solutions to any problems. Finally, and most important she was always very loving towards my son but also firm. Any family would be lucky to have her, my only complaint is that I could not keep her longer!
