We recently hired Hanna to watch our 2 and 4 y.o. three days a week, and the kids have taken really well to her. She has managed nap time, meals, their reluctance to potty, etc., and provided them with a lot of creative activities. Hanna is flexible and does a good job communicating with parents. All in all, she is super committed to the well-being of the children and families she is providing care for.
