About Hanna

I like working with kids because my babysitter and my teachers from elementary school played such a huge role in who I am today so I want to give back and play a similar role in children's lives today. I started working with kids when I was 14. I assisted my mom in babysitting my baby and toddler cousins. I was an intern at an elementary school for my junior and senior year. In my spare time, I like to read, play Minecraft, go to the gym, hike, cook, and bake. My skills include communicating with children of all ages. I am confident in rewording what I'm trying to communicate until the child and I reach a common understanding. I am extremely patient and understanding of children's behavior in such a way that we can reach solutions and compromises that satisfy everyone. I am also very skilled in prioritizing the child's needs over their potential wants and convenience with minimal issues or complaints involved.
