About Harper

I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology/Behavior Science from WMU. I plan to get my master's in counseling at OU. I am certified by the state of Michigan as a registered behavior technician to deliver ABA services. I can also offer tutoring services. I'd describe my personality as creative, nurturing, and hardworking. I like working with kids because I love organizing fun activities for them that engage their interests and build upon their strengths to facilitate growth. I'm looking for a job that can offer at least 35 hours per week and can pay 18-20 dollars an hour. I started working with kids in high school. In my spare time, I like to read, journal, play the guitar, and spend time with loved ones. One thing you should know about me is I am very responsible, flexible, and dedicated to meeting the needs of those I work with. My skills include organizing activities that promote developmental skills, supporting their emotional needs, and de-escalating emotional outbursts.
