About Hayley

My experience with children started 6 years ago when I used to volunteer at my local church's Vacation Bible School every summer. I worked with 2 to 3-year-olds every year. I would assist the teacher with giving the kids snacks, walking them to activities, and things like story, craft, and music time. I previously worked at a private preschool. I was the assistant teacher of the younger 2-year-old class. There were about 16 2-year-olds in my class. My duties included making sure the children ate breakfast, played nicely, went to sleep for naps, etc. We gave them lunch, changed their diapers/potty trained every hour. I also nannied for a family for two years and their children were about a year and 2 years old. They were like my family and I still go to dinners and birthdays with them. I love children and I love working with them!
