About Hazra

I'm an experienced Social Services Assistant with a strong working knowledge of the social service system specializing in administration, children and family social work, and community outreach. I also have care giver experience with seniors. I used to take care of my late grandmother with housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, errands, personal hygiene and transportation to appointments. I also have volunteer experience as a Friendly Visitor/Companion at Heartland Hospice. At Heartland Hospice I offered on -site companionship, respite care, letter writing, homemaking chores and errands to elderly in residential, homes, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities. I donated time to the supportive needs of patients and families who need assistance. I served as a member of the interdisciplinary team by providing input into the care plan. I provided needed services to patients/caregivers such as shopping and meal preparation and demonstrated knowledge of Heartland Services.
