Heather is very experienced with kids and it shows. She did well with both my 12m old and 1m old. She was very interactive and playful with my 12m old and gave him a lot of attention while I was preoccupied with new baby. She encourages learning through play and always has cool activity ideas that are also teaching moments. My 12m old felt very comfortable with Heather and I felt confident in her abilities to take care of him without me there.
