I'm a passionate and experienced childcare provider dedicated to nurturing children's growth and development. I hold a college degree and have accumulated over 20 years of experience caring for children of various ages, from infants to preteens. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children easily and create a safe and nurturing environment for them. With my background in early child development coursework, I understand the importance of fostering children's physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being. I believe in open communication with parents and strive to keep them informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and maintaining a structured routine while also encouraging independence and exploration.
