My name is Heather and I am a 48-year-old mom of 3 kids ages 24, 22 & 19 I have a BA in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in reading. I taught Pre-school and Kindergarten years ago but then stopped to raise my family. I currently (and for the past 7 years) have been a teaching assistant at a local elementary school in their special education program. I worked long term, after school, for a local family for 3 years until COVID hit and they began working from home. I love being around children and seeing as my kids are getting bigger I would love to use my excitement for children in another capacity. I have experience with ages 1 day old-18 years old. I love to be outside and active with children and I love seeing them learn, even if it is just a fascination for a leaf. I am a very crafty person and love to come up with as well as help do arts and crafts. I have a craft studio in our house that my daughter just loved. I have a car and a clean driving record. I love pets!

Heather is truly fantastic and we were sad when our schedule changed and we couldn't keep her. Our boys loved being with Heather and look forward to more weekend/ date nights where she can be with them.
