I teach Laughter Yoga and LOVE teaching it in Retirement facilities... I've taught on a contract basis and on a single visit basis to multiple facilities throughout Louisiana. ALSO, every time I've visited my Mom at Alexian Village, I have taught Laughter Yoga!! A few times I have taught it more than once during my stay. Doing this is one of the greatest joys of my life! I love helping seniors to laugh more... to light up more... to smile more... to relax and enjoy themselves more... to have lively conversations... and quiet smiling times, as well. Life is just too short not to enjoy!

Heidi's compassion and care giving are on equal par, regardless how dire the client's health condition may be. Her ability to assess client needs also include collaboration with health care professionals to yield the best outcome, whether person or pet.
