About Helen

My most recent employment was with a family for 2 years. I cared for their children aged 2-6 years. I have also cared for an infant with another family. Their childcare needs have changed and I am now looking for another full time or part time position. I still have a great relationship with the families as you will see from my references. I truly enjoy being with children. Everyone I've ever worked for has commented on this. In my past jobs I have been responsible for driving the children to various activities, keeping them busy when not in school, prepping their meals, etc. When not in school, I've kept them engaged based on their needs and interests. I can play a game of basket ball with them or create simple arts and crafts projects for some quiet time. I especially enjoy being outdoors whether its going for a hike or just playing outside in the backyard or neighborhood. I am trustworthy, reliable, and I have a clean driving record.
