Teacher with master's degree - limited openings available. I'd describe my personality as caring, nurturing, personable, and creative. I am a teacher with 8 years of experience. Out of the 8 years, 6 were teaching elementary school in California public school districts. I have an active multiple subject k-8 teaching credential and a Master of Arts in teaching. I like tutoring because it's rewarding! I have the experience, skills, patience, and knowledge to help your student succeed. I started tutoring after school a few years ago. I love finding the best teaching style for each individual student and then being able to watch them succeed! Seeing a student become more confident in their abilities is a priceless experience that I cherish! I am looking to tutor students pre-k through 8th grade in any/all subjects. I am most passionate about teaching reading utilizing the science of reading method.
