About Hope

Hi! I'm Hope, a UCLA psychology student specializing in child development, eager to provide childcare in Humboldt this Summer! I'd describe my personality as empathetic, reliable, and creative! I like working with kids because it allows me to make a positive impact while contributing to their curiosity, growth, learning, and fun! I'm looking for a summer job where I can apply my passion for working with children through engaging and fun activities. I started working with kids in elementary school, overseeing activities for younger Girl Scouts. This led me to start babysitting at the age of 13. In high school, I worked each year at a youth summer camp. Now, I have the opportunity to work with kids through a club at UCLA! In my spare time, I like reading & working out! One thing you should know about me is that I am committed to the safety and well-being of every child. My skills include engaging activity planning, empathetic communication, and responsibility.
