Also, I used to be a pre-teen teacher so I know how to talk and interact with older kids and pre-teens. I am a driver, I can swim and I am CPR certified. I work using respectful education and I believe that with a prepared adult, children are free to develop in a way that balanced and happy expressing their own characteristics by becoming empathetic, calm and autonomous. I always encourage the kids to play outside and explore new things but I also love to stay at home doing some creative activities like hand painting, dancing, board games and everything that allow them to use their imagination. Iesa is a genuinely, sweet person. She has babysat 2 times for our 10 and 3 year old and is scheduled for more. We feel very comfortable with her, also the first babysitter we have ever had for our 3 year old and he loves her and was fine with us leaving which was such peace of mind. She's the best! We feel blessed to have found her on care.com!!
