About Imani

Hi, my name is Imani! I have 4 years of experience working with kids, including regular babysitting/nanny gigs, 2 summers as a counselor for the Chicago Park District, and working at a home-based daycare. As a daycare/preschool aide, I cared for 4-6 kids at a time, ages 18 months to 5 years old, and I mastered the art of managing the needs of multiple children while providing individualized attention. As your caregiver, I will ensure your kids are safe, nurtured, and entertained. My responsibilities would include the following: -Encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and confidence -Supervising educational activities and developmental-based play -Preparing snacks/meals, administering meds, potty training, and diaper changes I'm new to the DMV, and excited to meet new families here.
