Irma is super loving, nurturing, reliable, engaged, and hardworking. She treated our children like her own. She isn't afraid to get on the floor and play and is great at keeping babies/kids engaged with walks, park visits, music, art, flash cards, and dramatic play. She does a great job at coordinating developmentally appropriate activities and has great intuition so she doesn't require much guidance. She's an excellent cook and helped with light housekeeping such as dishes and sweeping in addition to washing/folding kids laundry (she's very detail oriented and fast!). She also is amazing at potty training. Irma is great with newborns, babies, and kids of all ages. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing she is and would hire her again in a heartbeat!
