About Isabella

I'm a 20-year-old college student at the University of South Florida. I'm in my sophomore year of college as a Public Health major. I have a strong background working with young children. I was a competitive dancer for 3 years at Tampa Bay Dance Academy. As a team member, I supervised many children in both the afterschool program and summer camps at TBDA. Each group had roughly 20 kids from 5-11 years old. I enjoyed working with the kids. My duties included, tutoring them, making sure they all ate a good snack and healthy lunch, assisting them if they had any sort of issues (social or other), and led them in playing games, and other interactions with a team. I worked as a dance teacher for a year at Gymnastics and Dance Tampa Bay where I taught 7-9-year-old's ways to work together creatively by making their own dance routines. This built their confidence and to value their own ideas as well as others'. We all enjoyed a collaborative outlet by learning from each other and having fun!
