Ismat took my elder mother to/from a doctors appointment. She was punctual and responsive to messages before and during. Ismat was attentive, caring and gentle with wrapping my mother's leg wound, assisting with stairs and getting in and out of the car which is very challenging for my mother. There was a hiccup with the pre-arranged transportation and a major hiccups with the appointment time but Ismat was very helpful and flexible. I would recommend her services.
