Hello, I have served the Alexandria /Mt. Vernon area for 25 years, providing professional, dependable, in-home childcare. As a result, I have also acquired the skills necessary to care for adults and senior citizens. As a mature adult myself, I realize that as we grow older many of us need extra help, care and companionship. That is why I would truly like to find someone or a family who is seeking a caregiver/helper for themselves or a loved one. During my career, I have worked with many families, helping to establish warm, loving and structured environments for their children to grow in. From my personal and professional experience I know how important individualized, safe and secure care is for children as well as aging adults. In addition, I realize the importance of remaining in a familiar place and the sense of dignity that being at home provides. As for me, I have a bright personality and love being around people. I am always appropriately dressed and do not drink or smoke. I am also very punctual and well organized. I have good communications skills and speak both French and English.
