About Jacky

Hi, my name is Jacky! I'm a 24-year-old with a passion for childcare. This is my first time being a nanny! I have 3 years experience in childcare, I worked with the Lynden School District for two years and most recently as a toddler teacher at BCLC. I absolutely love working with children, and while toddlers are my favorite age group, I have experience with kids of all ages, including children with disabilities/handicaps. My approach to childcare is centered around meeting children where they are. I am extremely playful and enjoy engaging in various activities, including outdoor play, imaginative play, crafts, and more. Providing a safe, structured, and creative environment is my priority. I also believe in the importance of routines and strive to maintain a consistent schedule for children in my care. I am child/infant CPR certified and have my own car. I am also willing to help with some housekeeping and cooking. In my personal time, I love to paint and cook delicious meals!
