She first told me she could start - then said she forgot it was her son's birthday, the next night stayed only 1 hour when said she would be there 4. And last night after assuring us she would be there for 4 hours, failed to show up and did not respond to several text messages and phone calls. With no explanation, nor warning, I found this caregiver to be highly unprofessional and disrespectful towards my Mother.
