About Jamie

As the second oldest of 7 children I have spent my life caring for little ones. I am a natural care taker and enjoy connecting with and creating with kids. I have spent time nannying off and on for the last 10 years. I have nanny share experience, have cared for multiple newborns, 6-year-old twins, as well as a low functioning 16-year-old with autism. What makes me uniquely suited to care for children is my high level of patience and ability to adjust my demeanor and communication to suit the personality of the child. I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant and in process of certifying as a parenting coach. If you are looking for someone to also prepare meals, I love to cook and am a whiz in the kitchen. I am very practiced in preparing food to suit any dietary need. I also have many food allergies and ate a plant based diet for 7 years, so I am hyper aware of accommodating that as well.
