About Jamie

Over the past 17 years, I have had the joy to work with infants/toddlers and preteens through many church organizations and the public school system. I have also worked in a private home as a nanny/housekeeper for a several years. I have worked as a paraprofessional within the school district, mostly working with elementary and high school age special needs students. I have worked as a janitor at a learning center. I enjoy teaching children new life skills, cooking, laundry, organizing, and how to communicate effectively. Our activities would include hiking, movies, board games and the occasional field trip to local attractions. With younger children, I enjoy teaching them colors, alphabet, leading into reading and writing, age-appropriate crafts, trips to the playground and the local library. I have had a background check done and I also have had fingerprinting done in able to work within the Thompson school district, City of Loveland and Poudre School district CPR/AED AND FIRST AID.
