About Jamie

Hello! My passion is care and growth of children. I have had many different experiences in childcare and I love to learn new things. I have been a nanny to a special needs 2-year-old and volunteered in the special education classroom of a middle school and a high school. I have also taught in a daycare setting across multiple ages from infancy to after schoolers. I did this for two years and then moved to the position of assistant director for a year. I then worked in a preschool with my classroom aging between 2 and 3. I now work at a local middle school in an Essentials special education classroom as an educational associate. I'm am friendly and love to get to know everyone. I'm pretty flexible and am willing to help in any way! I love being active such as sports as well as just hiking and walks! I love challenging minds of children rather just screens. Exploring creates so much growth and encourages that self growth!
