Janel interviewed with us and we were very impressed with her. She is a very mature, well spoken young woman who truly seems to enjoy caring for children for a living. Even though we ultimately chose another caregiver (and it was a VERY difficult decision), the phone and face to face interview I had with Janel gave me a high level of confidence that she is great at what she does and would likely be an excellent nanny.
