Where to begin! I found Janelle when I desperately needed emergency childcare following an overseas move and new job placement. Thankfully, I was met with the MOST loving human with the sweetest little girl of her own. Janelle is quite literally the only outside person aside from family that's watched my daughter and if we were still in the area, she'd continue to do so. She's very active with the children she watches, very focused on positive affirmations and reassurance, she also is very very communicative. I received multiple updates throughout the day on the things her and my little were doing, which we all know is very very important when away from our babes. I'd like to note, the other review posted does NOT reflect anything of the person I've had multiple interactions with and is not a correct reflection on her character but rather that of the parent who posted. A few other important things to note, Janelle's house is very welcoming, organized, and has all accommodations one could want for their child. She's excellent with meal time (my girl struggles with sitting consistently) and nap times (she also really loves her contact naps), she never once called out, very punctual, and all around is a well versed caretaker. Janelle not only became a wonderful nanny for me who I will use when I find myself in the area again, but a life long member of our family and I'm beyond grateful for her and her flexibility during such a stressful time in my life.
