Janelle was great to work with. She scheduled me in spite of a short notice for assistance with some treatments, even though she also had other appointments during that time. When a problem occurred with the time of one of my treatments, Janelle was willing to accommodate the change and figure out a way to still assist me. Janelle was professional, helpful, interested to learn what I needed, and caring. I am very happy to have found someone like her and will be glad to work with her again.
