I have firsthand experience in caring for a family member with Alzheimer's and understand how both the family and the patient need help. I also have experience as a nursing instructor in a long-term care facility, teaching nursing students how to care for the elderly. With my new " free time" I am interested in helping a senior who may need companionship, assistance with ADL's or other help. I am CPR certified and have an active RN license in Maryland.
